EntransterTM-in vivo動物體內轉染試劑可將小片斷RNA如siRNA,miRNA,mimic、inhibitor轉染到動物體內,在動物體內進行RNA干擾等實驗。
EntransterTM-in vivo試劑不是病毒,改變了病毒轉染方法復雜、周期長、不穩定、花費大、安全性等諸多問題。EntransterTM-in vivo轉染效率高,方法簡單,無需病毒包裝,直接將RNA送入目的細胞的細胞核中表達。
EntransterTM-in vivo,非脂質體,采用納米技術合成,通過保護和濃縮核酸,避免核酸被體液破壞,并通過物理作用將核酸富集在細胞表面,增強核酸進入細胞組織,從而產生作用。EntransterTM-in vivo能耐受體內復雜的環境,不產生免疫反應。
